HEADSHOTS for KIDS & TEENS

I run quick, fun headshot & portrait sessions for young people every school holidays.

Each session starts on the half hour and the shoot itself is around 15-20 minutes.

That's enough time to capture two outfits, three if you're organised.

Headshots are best when there's no performance.

We save that for the acting job. In a headshot shoot, we can just be as we are.

Actor headshots don't have to be appealing or cute or well-behaved.

It's actually better if a headshot has a direct, unapologetic tone.

Connection is what we are after. Authenticity.

I used to be a high school teacher. My students knew that I respected and appreciated them.

Fast forward 25 years, I've swapped the classroom for an art studio but nothing else has changed.
